Therapy for Women

“You’re used to showing up for everyone else. Here, you have space to come back to yourself.”

You are competent, responsible, and the one others depend on. On the outside, it works. On the inside, it feels heavier than it looks.

I work with women navigating identity shifts, motherhood, relational strain, burnout, anxiety, and the quiet pressure to hold everything together. Many are high-achieving and deeply self-aware, yet feel disconnected beneath the performance. They may be moving through career transitions, partnership challenges, evolving friendships, perfectionism, or the realization that who they’ve been no longer fits who they are becoming.

Our work is intentional and depth oriented. We examine what has been carried for too long, untangle patterns that no longer serve you, and create space for clarity, boundaries, and a more grounded sense of self. Therapy here is not about fixing you. It is about helping you live in alignment with who you are now.
