I take a person-centered, holistic approach that honors your autonomy, identity, and lived experience. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing, it’s about discovering, creating, and growing from wherever you are. Together, we may use conversation, art, writing, movement, music, or quiet reflection, whatever helps you feel seen, supported, and connected. This space is yours to move through freely, in whatever way feels right for your body and your healing.
